Quotes & Pricing

Per-square-foot pricing shown on our website is indicative, based on typical ranges for that product — it is not a final quote. Final pricing for your project depends on size, design, fabric grade, structural requirements, foundation, installation, and site conditions, and is confirmed after a site visit or detailed site information.

Use of Website

You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation
• Provide false or misleading information when requesting a quote or consultation
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or misuse content from the Website beyond normal browsing
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Website
• Use our Website to transmit any harmful or malicious content

Intellectual Property, Content & Images

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Tensile Experts or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Image & Content Disclaimer: The gallery, blog, and project photographs on this Website are our own real project photography, used purposely and in good faith to represent the actual work we've designed, fabricated, and installed. A small number of product-category illustrations (used to represent a general structure type on its own product page) are AI-assisted illustrative renders rather than photographs of a specific completed project — these are for reference only and may not depict an exact finished structure, which varies by design, fabric grade, and site. While we take reasonable care not to use content we don't have rights to, if you believe an image or other content on this Website infringes your copyright, please email us at tensileexperts@gmail.com with a description and the page URL of the content in question, along with proof of ownership. We will review the request promptly and remove or replace the content if the claim is valid.

Payment & Cancellation

An advance/booking payment is typically required before fabrication begins on a confirmed project; the remaining balance is agreed with you at the time of quote. We reserve the right to change our indicative pricing at any time; this does not affect a quote already confirmed with you in writing.

Warranty

Manufacturer and fabric-grade warranty terms are shared with you directly at the time of quote, and vary by fabric grade and structure type. Outside of those specific terms, our Services are provided on an "as is" / "as available" basis for the Website itself, without warranties beyond what's expressly agreed for your project.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tensile Experts, its directors, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website or Services, including delays caused by weather, material availability, third-party contractors, or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you're responsible for:

• Providing accurate site information, dimensions, and access for a site visit
• Disclosing any known site constraints (soil conditions, overhead utilities, structural limitations) upfront
• Reviewing and approving the design and fabric grade before fabrication begins
• Making agreed payments on schedule
• Providing site access for installation on the scheduled date

Termination

We may decline or discontinue a project if these Terms are breached, or if a client provides materially false site information affecting the design or safety of the structure. Cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
