How Tensile Experts came to be, and where the work is headed.
Our Story
Tensile Experts was founded in 2020 to bring engineering-led tensile fabric structure design and in-house fabrication to clients who wanted more than an off-the-shelf catalogue size. We started with core products like car parking sheds and canopies, and expanded our range over time to cover the full spectrum of tensile applications — gazebos, retractable roofs, dome structures, entrance canopies, walkways, and large-span industrial and institutional roofing.
Today, we design, fabricate, and install a full range of tensile fabric structures for clients across Delhi NCR and the wider country, using PVC, PTFE, and PVDF fabric grades selected to suit each site's climate, span, and budget.
Our Expertise
Our expertise centers on the engineering that makes a tensile structure actually work: form-finding the doubly-curved shape that holds the fabric membrane in even tension, modelling wind and rain load for the specific site, and matching the anchoring and foundation approach to local soil and span conditions — rather than scaling a fixed shape to fit.
We work across all three major fabric grades — PVC, PTFE, and PVDF — and recommend the grade that fits your project's span, budget, and climate exposure, not a single default grade applied to every job.
Our Team
Our team handles design, fabrication, and installation in-house — from the initial site assessment and structural design through to on-site anchoring, tensioning, and weatherproofing. Keeping this work in-house, rather than outsourcing installation to a third-party crew, is central to how we maintain consistency between what's designed and what's actually built on site.

We're based in Munirka, New Delhi, and design, fabricate, and install tensile structures for clients across Delhi NCR and the wider country. Wherever you're located, we can start the design conversation remotely — over a call and with site photos or a rough sketch — before confirming a site visit once the structure type and scope are clear.
Our Vision
